Mr. Foster founded Sabine Capital Partners LLC in 2010 to opportunistically invest in corporate credit.   Mr. Foster has 20 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investing. Prior to founding Sabine, Mr. Foster was a commercial banker with Citigroup in New York and Dubai.  He also served as special general partner with Cottonwood Capital Partners and as a vice president with Frontline Capital Group in New York.  Mr. Foster holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a BA from Vanderbilt University, and is an alumnus of the Executive Program for Philanthropy Leaders at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Foster is a FINRA registered representative (Series 63 and 82).

SCOTT ALAN GIAMBALVO, OPERATING PARTNER

Mr. Giambalvo joined Sabine Capital Partners LLC in 2013 as Operating Partner for Healthcare Services and Medical Technology. For 14 years Mr. Giambalvo honed his leadership skills and industry knowledge at Stryker Corporation and later at OraMetrix.  At Sabine, Mr Giambalvo utilizes his expertise to perform research, business development and investment analysis in the healthcare services and medical technology sectors. Mr. Giambalvo earned an MSIA (MBA) in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University and bachelor's degrees in Economics and Chemistry from Cornell University.
